Sant Cugat Creix
It is a non-for-profit association set up in May 2014 by four sporting bodies of the municipality of Sant Cugat: Club Volleyball Sant Cugat, Club Rugby Sant Cugat, Roller Hockey Club Sant Cugat, Junior FC Club Sant Cugat and Handball Club Sant Cugat. Sant Cugat Creix directly represents more than 3,500 athletes, 12,000 relatives, 500 coaches and more than 300 teams bringing the city name.
Scuola di Pallavolo Anderlini
Scuola di Pallavolo Anderlini is a volleyball club best know for its coaching and educational approach over the country and Europe. It was born in 1985. It supports volleyball for young athletes aged between 3 and 19. Scuola di Pallavolo Anderlini has grown as a solid reality, with 55 teams and more that 1200 members, among which more than 120 are staff. It has become a technical and managerial benchmark all over the country. Scuola di Pallavolo Anderlini has always focused its attention on values and ethic, upon which sport should be funded. In 2013 a selected group of people, made of athletes, managers and families, worked to write Carta Etica Anderlini, a document that describes how athletes, staff and families should behave to be fully aligned with Scuola di Pallavolo values and philosophy.
Universitat Ramon Llull
It is a private, not-for-profit university, with a Humanist and Christian inspiration that promotes public service. Its main aim is to provide quality, personalised education to respond to society’s needs. URL comprises 11 higher education and research institutions with a long tradition and a prestigious reputation in Catalonia. It is as a whole one of the most innovative teaching institutions in Catalonia and in Spain, committed to academic and research excellence.
Comune di Modena
The Comune di Modena is a public institution whose aims and fields of action are very varied. Modena is represented within the project proposal by the Culture, sport, young people and city promotion Department. The City’s Sport and young people Office is in charge of managing sports facilities; managing the relation with sport associations; organising sport initiatives and events and sport promoting initiatives.
Sport and Citizenship
It is the leading European think tank in the field of sport. Created in 2007 after the publication of the White Paper on sport, it aims to support the development of the European dimension of sport and is dedicated to the study of European public policies in the field of sport, and the promotion of sport’s societal impact.
